Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BOOKED.tattoo (("the Platform")), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
BOOKED.tattoo is a booking and client intake management platform designed for professional tattoo artists. The Platform enables artists to manage client inquiries, collect deposits, and coordinate bookings. BOOKED.tattoo is a tool — it does not employ, represent, or contract with any artist listed on the Platform.
3. Artist Accounts
When you create an artist account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
4. Client Interactions
Artists are solely responsible for their interactions with clients, including pricing, scheduling, and the quality of tattoo services. BOOKED.tattoo does not mediate disputes between artists and clients but may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Payments & Deposits
All payments are processed through Stripe Connect. BOOKED.tattoo does not hold or transmit client funds — payments go directly to the artist's connected Stripe account. Artists are responsible for complying with applicable tax and reporting obligations.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Artists may not use the Platform to facilitate illegal activities, harass clients, or engage in deceptive practices. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
BOOKED.tattoo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
